We accept Paypal, cheque, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for order payments.

Deliveries
We can deliver Australia-wide.
Delivery costs are based on the distance between our address, and your delivery address.
Standard delivery is $1.50 per km per load + GST.
Delivery cost is calculated and quoted at the checkout page, or you can see our deliveries page for more help or a quick quote.
Maximum delivery load is 100 bales/chaff bags, or 4 large bales, orders exceeding this will be charged for multiple deliveries accordingly.
Deliveries will usually be completed within 5 working days of your payment clearing our bank account (excluding cash on delivery orders), subject to stock availability and Forbes Lucerne personnel availability.
For small orders, and in select areas, we may offer a ‘shared delivery’ service to minimize delivery cost.
This ‘shared delivery’ will be completed regularly (within 5 working days of payment), but customer will be unable to nominate time & date of delivery.
For COD orders, Forbes Lucerne will contact the customer to organize payment.

Returns
Forbes Lucerne will refund products at the time of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product.
We will replace free of charge any products that are supplied damaged or soiled, or not matching the customer’s order.
Products no longer wanted by the customer will not be refunded.

Referral Program
For existing customers, we offer a referral bonus of $100 of in-store credit.
If you (an existing customer) refer a new customer to us, you’ll both receive a $100 voucher to use on your next purchase with us.
Just tell your friend to let them know you sent them, and to mention this referral program.
Please note that this offer only applies to orders of 100 bales or more.
Genuine new customers only, please. New customers must not be related to existing customers.
